Wasn’t aware I had signed up to a VIP membership and was billed £54.99 without any prior warning. Tried to have this refunded and this was just refused. A very poor shopping experience and now have to pay £54.99 on 1 single item.

Once again the code does not work I was sent a £25 off anything voucher placed an order voucher did not apply. Called in regards to this the person on the phone could not care less went on chat before the voucher did not apply they could also not care less. I placed the order for the quality. Then I was sent a 50% off full order voucher this did not apply emailed and got told the voucher would be applied. Wrote a TP review and was assured the discount would be added, three emails later remain in the same place items in my basket and no discount some have also sold out. The consitant pattern of providing codes that do not work seem to be inticing but then fraudulent as they do not work and the company are aware of this. Two days later same position won’t be ordering again even for the quality items some items are out of stock from waiting for a resolution no further forward. So disappointing.

I would definitely refer the product to a friend! Great fit, great quality! Please review your Membership pricing, it is unreasonable and you will get much more customers if you change this policy.

Useless checkout system switches everything to full price if you dare to leave the checkout process and browse for more items when opening a new VIP account. Definitely will be cancelling that membership

Brilliant quality excellent delivery and good communication

Absolutely fuming & first time I’ve bought from the internet without checking trust pilot first!! Their endorsed Facebook advert by friends of mine (be careful of that, think you only need to click on the sellers website & Facebook will state you like them) in the January sales 2 x gym leggings for £24, bought them & 2 tops for £41.60 told my fitness daughter-in-law about them, who advised that she didn’t like their membership programme. Told her I hadn’t joined any membership program but advised I checked. Sure enough I had been underhandedly subscribed into their membership with no mention in their website or at the time of purchase (clearly small print & probably pre-ticked T&Cs you don’t see) & 5 days after my £41.60 payment had gone out, they had taken £54.99 membership fee out of my credit card!! This continues every month unless you cancel it!! How can they justify that amount every month!! Nobody buys that amount of gym wear to justify that membership fee to get barely enough discount to make it viable - Total scam - emailed their support team for a refund & still waiting to hear!! Their only saving grace is that the leggings are great quality & certainly worth more than £12 each & I’ve probably ended up buying them for £40 each with their membership fee - but they need to be far more translucent in what the deal is & not so underhand & sneaky!!

I would like to highlight to everyone who joins be aware of the very short expiration date of your credits. Even if you set reminders to cancel your monthly credit if you lead a busy life it will normally get you at one point or another so set a double or triple reminder😅 the items are usually less than half price or way less at some stage in a sale so i don't think these credits are actually worth it as they are worth a fixed amount/outfit imo.

The clothes are lovely but this whole membership thing is losing its customers. I just had to ring and delete my whole account to just not get charged £49 a month if I don’t let them know I don’t want to pay it within 5 days it Not allow you to do it anytime before 5 days just to try catch you out in forgetting proper scammy behaviour
