Signed up to the VIP thing when I bought some leggings in store and really wasn't impressed with any of the stuff on line. Ended up with 2 credits where I'd forgotten to cancel, so have now spent them on stuff I wasn't really keen on just to get rid of them, and then cancelling the membership. I liked the idea of being able to change the model to see how it might look on you, but they're all tall, so it's still hard to tell. Plus they all seem to be pear shaped, and as an apple that doesn't help me. To be honest the small models look good, and the bigger models looked bigger than me (and I asked others if that's how I looked) even when wearing the correct size, and to be honest that put me off as the photos are not flattering!

A very sly and misleading company. They have signed me up to a subscription I did not want or ask for. They have used my bank details outside of what I wanted, not a trust worthy company. I have contacted customer service via email and will be contacting by phone tomorrow. Also reporting them to my ban for misusing my bank information. Stay away.

They literally try hard to not give you your money back. Worst brand ever, please if you are reading this DO NOT GET INTO IT AT ALL. It's worse than a pyramid scheme. Once you purchase something they start your subscription and if you miss a day, 54 GBP is gone. You may feel like, "Oh I'll not miss that, I will set an alarm for each month" everyone thinks that, that is where they make the money from. Once you forget it, customer service will try as hard as they can to not give you your money back even if you contact them a day later.

Am a returning customer, never disappointed with the product, and with them on sales that's even make it better.

Scam artists! Purchased some items and joined what I believed to be a free membership! They have since taken 3 lots of £54.99 from my account for a membership that looks to have very no benefit to members of it! AVOID AT ALL COSTS YOUR BANK WONT CANCEL THE PAYMENTS
