Impossible to cancel!! 🧘Release me Fabletics🤸!!! Argh

Impossible to cancel. Your range & stock does not carry the length I need, the Tall fit in any of your designs is either incredibly limited (maybe one or three max), or the tops are a cropped fit (again the sizing & fit is an issue), they are not the design I prefer. I have purchased a number of items from Fabletics but I have all that I need & there are rarely any pieces I would choose to purchase now. The pieces I do want have sold out. I have previously tried to cancel my account & spent a considerable period trying to do so to no avail. So I stuck with attempting to Skip payment coming out of my account every month.

Dear Fabletics...

I want to preface my experience... I bought a pair of shorts for £24 a month ago, they arrived and I must say, the quality is EXCELLENT! Really impressed and off that interaction, I would buy again. HOWEVER This morning I woke up to £54.99 being taken out and upon further investigation, I found out I was signed up to a VIP Membership Subscription, simply off buying the 2 pairs of initial shorts. I found this process predatory, especially considering the checkout process had a countdown timer to checkout to encourage a 'faster' checkout (allowing them to hide behind the fact you are 'made aware of t's & c's before checkout'). Anyway, why then a 5* Review? I managed to contact customer service, and whilst difficult to find through the site, and a series of automated call handlers, I spoke to Joemarie who was a great help. I was issued an immediate refund for the £54.99 as well as my subscription cancelled, and whilst I have found the whole process inconvenient, I don't want this to detract from the fact that the products themselves are brilliant. I think Fabletics could really benefit from removing this VIP Subscription Model and rely on the quality of their products for repeat custom, I know I certainly would. Customer Service was also helpful despite being hidden, and after a refund, I am a happy customer. The entirety of the bad reviews for the company come from the same issue I faced today... please change it.

Giving three stars as myself and my…

Giving three stars as myself and my partner liked the products the quality is great, however we weren’t aware of signing up to a membership so we both got caught by surprise when we got charged Ā£54.99 each. We both contacted customer service and spoke to Jess who was very pleasant and helpful, she issued a refund for both and cancelled our membership. So overall not a great experience but could’ve been worse reading everyone else’s review. I strongly believe if you want an issue resolved you should be kind and polite to customer service they’re not to blame!

It’s scam. Be careful to read VIP membership as it took Ā£54.99 every month for the past 7 months which I got to know just now. Don’t buy anything from this website.

Scam company, do not order from them

This company is a complete scam. They are signing customers up for monthly subscriptions of £60 without customers being aware they are being signed up. Just spoke to my bank who said they are very aware of this company and its reputation for scamming customers. Do not order anything from them. I would give them a zero star rating if I could. Will be demanding a full refund off them

Fabletics is a corporate sham

Fabletics is a corporate, money making sham. Their materials and products are not worth the discounted price, let alone the ā€œRRPā€. Do not let them lure you into a monthly subscription. It is not explained that you are pre-approving a Ā£54.99 / month subscription when you make your first purchase. Go back to trustworthy brands!

I ordered set of leggings and bra

I ordered set of leggings and bra. Unfortunately after second time I had it on leggings ripped along my thights during the workout. I don't recommend them. They look nice but not good enough for gym.

Great Customer Service. BUT read the VIP membership

Be careful when signing up to the VIP membership, I’d misinterpreted the information. You can cancel after each order. I’m now stuck with credit for a product I can’t afford or want. It’s a little sneaky how it’s done, however I’ll be reading things fully, it happens to many just looking on google. I don’t know how I missed it. The customer service staff were excellent and friendly when I rang up to query it though. Products okay but definitely not worth the full prices on the website. One pair of pants bobbling on first wash. Again, refunded with no issues by customer service for that faulty item.
