Was delighted to be able to order chestnut purée as impossible to get now in Waitrose or any other supermarkets. I love the product and it would be a shame to be without it this Christmas with my cooking. It’s also priced very reasonably. The order was efficiently dealt with, and l’ll certainly use Europafood again.

Love these guys! Great variety so that not all English folks have to get their kicks from English food. Great communicators, very fair pricing, brilliant products. I’ll be a customer for life.

I appreciate the accuracy given to orders as I never had to complain about incompleteness. Good are well packaged to reduce damages nearest minimum and are deprive red promptly. However, I implore that products for export should be considered for freshest production. Expiration date is for now only my challenge.

the first complaint is that they delivered the wrong cheese (Raclette raw Milk instead of raclette with Pepper) seconly customer service is practicaly non-existant On two diferent days İ tried calling 5 times at different times during working hours only be informrd that my call "cannot be taken" the next time the total number of tries to reach any of the services was 10 times. finally in despair i called the warehouse and the person promised to have someone call me back. the next day still no call but on the 3rd try someone was able to answer my query

I have always found the company easy to deal with and I am so pleased to be able to get my Favorite French tinned food delivered to my door at the weekend. I have been dealing with Europafood for over 2 years and I find them excellent. They could make their website a bit easier to navigate although I now know where to find stuff, but those new to the site might not.
