Used a different company for years but let down by their lack of communication so decided to look elsewhere and so glad I did! Huge choice and excellent service. Delivers outside of London (which is great!) and all products safely packaged. My only small criticism is that some of the perishable products I bought (Petits Suisses), had a short 'use by' date: only 7 days. I will still re-order though.

I have placed several orders in the past and have been satisfied. It’s so lovely to be able to order my favourite French products. With my last order, the issue was the delivery. I ordered 12 large tins of green beans and half a dozen small tins of lentils. These arrived extremely bashed and dented, so much so that I doubt a tin opener would work on them. Good job there is a pull! Also, one packet of Croustilles arrived opened with all the contents loose in the box. No idea whether the fault is that of the packer at Europa or the DPD driver playing football with my goods!

The food ordered was great and took me back to a time when I lived in France and spent a lot of time in Switzerland. My only disappointment was the cost of delivery, many companies break down delivery cost dependent on weight but I just thought +£7 for that light load was too much. Otherwise service was perfect as advised.
