BEWARE!!!!

Delivery was late and there were two items missing. Europafood customer services is non-existent. I've telephoned and emailed on several occasions, but no response and I am currently £7.66 out of pocket and see no likelihood of ever seeing the missing items or my money.

I am so fussy when it comes to the quality of my couscous grain and this company came up with exactly what I wanted. I will definatly be using them again. Perhaps I may get a little more adventurous. If you are wondering whether to shop with this company then dont worry your in good hands.

Highly recommend

I regularly order my butter from this company and have done so for years. They stock some of the finest butter in the world and it is impossible to buy in British supermarkets. I highly recommend both the butter and the website! They ship very rapidly and it always arrives very cold.

Soft melted Camemberts!

Looked high and low for small Breaded Camemberts, and stumbled across Europafood. They were excellent, as was the service, and price, and all delivered in a well insulated pack. A great site for buying those lovely European foods we can't always find in our local high street supermarket.

Horrible experience

The best way to review is to give a copy of the message I sent to them. Bear in mind, the reply I got was a string of smiley faces and the words "Have a nice day" Here's the mail: Hi, Just by way of feedback, I wanted to comment that your level of incompetence would qualify you to serve in a Tory Government. I visited your website, planning to place a substantial order for food items. As the items would ship from the UK, I needed to check delivery rates and taxes. Your delivery page mentions just about every country in Europe with the exception of the Republic of Ireland. As your website clearly states "If you wish to purchase some goods from us and be delivered outside the European union, please ask a member of our team and we will be more than happy to give you a quote." I deduced that advice on shipping to Ireland would hardly be taxing. I emailed your company for advice and the advice given was: "Everything should be displayed at checkout if we deliver your area" I know it should be, but it's not! Translated into honesty, the above comment reads" "I couldn't be bothered dealing with this, so go away". Knowing it was futile, I did spend a few minutes browsing your site and accumulated a basket of £176, which I intended to purchase if the "Ireland problem" resolved. As expected, I arrived at checkout, with no mention of Ireland anywhere, and several other nations were also missing. Paddington is a lovely area, but it will be lovelier when you inevitably go out of business.

Not happy with my whole experience…

Not satisfied with my whole experience with Europafood. I was very exited to order the lamb merguez that was the number one reason I ordered at Europa as i could have gone to French Click. I ordered other products to make the delivery charge worth it. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 24th of August (so made plan to be at home), the night before i received an email saying that due to logistic issue my parcel won't be delivered BEFORE friday the 26th of August, then the next day another email confirming that my order will be delivered on friday the 26th of August but WITHOUT MY LAMB MERGUEZ. Obviously i tried to cancel...but this didn't happen as the order was "shipped already". Surely they should allow customer to decide what they want to do at that point. i cancelled my plans to be home to accept my incomplete delivery from DPD... no delivery attempt was made again that day until yesterday. I feel like i wasted my time and money.
