I would actually give no stars. My husband ordered some deserts from here which gave him terrible food poisoning. The desert looked a bit curdled when he opened it as if it either gone off in transit or was a bad batch - he became seriously ill an hour later and hadn't eaten anything else. The dates were also very short so had to throw the rest of them away. Complete waste of money. When contacted to complain I was offered no compensation or refund. Very disappointed by the quality of products and terrible customer service as it was our first time ordering from them and spent a lot of money on a large order with wine etc. Absolutely would not recommend and will never use again. In relation to your response. That is a lie - I told you in my email the rest of the deserts had to be thrown away because of sell by dates and they were curdled. It was absolutely your product that caused food poisoning. Only one of a different type was consumed over a week earlier. 5% off another order is a joke. You should have at least offered to refund the cost of the deserts that could not be eaten. I seriously think you need a lesson in customer service.

I have been ordering with you for a couple of years now. Your choice of French products is remarkable and prices are reasonable. It is also good to see ingredients listed clearly and in details which is very useful. Delivery is always prompt and on time. It is very good to be able to choose a delivery date. I hope you will continue to stock my favourite products.
