Great online advice

Obviously there are times when parts are not available and that is what happened to me. Quite happy to wait, however, there was no update for the delivery time. Something this expensive required a signature on accepting delivery so I had to arrange when I could be in. So ultimately to keep the customer up to date a quick email to show progress would take just moments to send and the customer would be more in the know as to what is going on. Otherwise everything went well, good packaging and swift delivery.

Needed a replacement mouse. Told the vendor what I wanted. Moments later they returned with the mouse. I asked them a technical question and received a satisfactory answer. Paid for the mouse and was back out the shop inside 5 minutes. Ideal service. Most definitely will go there again.
