The ordering process was slick and easy. Delivery was prompt. While the items may have been a bit cheaper elsewhere, it's comforting to know that Novatech have phone lines that are answered and real people at the end.

I have used Novatech for what seems like decades for every computer need I have had (from full bespoke systems to components and peripherals). This time I only required a hard-drive, I ordered it like I normally do and checked the box to pick it up onsite as I have always done too. Turned up on Friday afternoon and there were two employees at the counter serving 2 other customers so I was next inline. I proceeded to wait 35 mins in the queue for someone to serve me before I finally gave up and left. Now was I just unlucky that the two people getting served required so much time? Possibly. Should the employees have at least acknowledged I was there and explained they'd get to me as soon as possible? Possibly. All I know was I stood there for 35 minutes and no-one said a word to me, so in future I will buy my items from Curry's where I can't move 3 feet without an employee asking me if they can help me. Oh, as an added bonus they phoned me up today to ask if I still wanted the item, I explained what had happened a few days ago when I was in the shop and they just said ok and hung up. I'm quite sad to have experienced this sort of service from somewhere I had always enjoyed using in the past
