I've dealt with Novatech for many years, from they started almost. They are a reliable and honest firm to deal with. They have excellant technical help and customer service. The case arrived well packaged and right on time.

I bought a hot swap two hard drive dock ( startech brand) very good build quality, with a Data-centre quality Western Digital 10TB size hard drive ( SATA)..when I initially plugged in the SATA drive, it made quite a noise whilst spinning, I already have some external drives with Novatech own brand caddies, so I found swapping the drives around cured the noise issue might be something to be aware of, but this is in no way a novatech issue. I can't fault Novatech they have the best customer service that I have ever experienced. Buy from them and you will have no regrets. Happy Christmas.

I gave your customer person my old power pack and said I needed another with the same connectors. He sold me a power pack which doesn't have the same connectors. So I've had to put an old graphics card in my pc..... Quite annoying
