Good services they kept in touch with me all through the upgrade and gave me good advice. Had a problem with my laptop when I received it back, but again this was put right the next morning while I waited. As I said at the beginning very good service. Laptop is much faster now that my update has been done.

Motherboard bundle arrived double packed to reduce mechanical shock, necessary because of the huge "Be Quiet" CPU fan/heatsink assembly. Custom package for the motherboard assembly. The (Gigabyte) installation leaflet was all but useless, better to download all the relevant manuals from Gigabyte. The Novatech short-form installation sheet was useful. A minor techical query was answered within hours (by email). All worked first time as expected, and it performs well under Windows 11. I am a long-term Novatech customer for components, and would recommend them to anybody building their own PC.

Order came quickly, used Novatech before so already know what the service is like. Did need to email them over one issue, which was resolved quickly.

I ordered a rx 7900 xtx from there website but when it arrived it was the rx 7900 xt. It had been missing advertised with the wrong description on the site. So I had to return it which took a few days to contact and sort out a return. I have now sent the card back but it been almost 2 week since purchase date and still no refund. This situation cost me money and wasted my time. Won't order from them again. Terrible service.
