I get great help from everyone at Novatech and have been getting all my computer equipment from them since they started when dinosaurs ruled the earth!

Since the day they opened, I've always brought my main PC items from them, through many, many new builds, putting family and friends onto them, they always have friendly, knowledgeable staff.

PC build and delivery was delayed a week but is now up and working absolutely amazing. The PC Build was delayed for parts but no information about extended wait time was provided until I asked for it (30 Oct). I received a message (on original delivery day 31 Oct) saying that PC was currently on build and should take 1-3 days and that I would be contacted to confirm dispatch and delivery upon completion. The next thing I heard (4 Nov at 15:42) was that the PC was being delivered the next day (5 Nov) - even though I had requested, and been assured, that I would be contacted upon build completion in order to make arrangements to be in on the delivery day as this was going to be later than originally planned for. The delivery was supposed to be signed for. However, the DPD driver dropped the two boxes off inside the garage door without making any contact with me, even though I was inside the house. The boxes were stacked poorly on top of other items on the floor resulting in some slight damage to one of the packages. I took photos and uploaded to DPD. Fortunately contents were undamaged. When contacting DPD about this delivery error they told me any problems with damage to contents needed to be reported through the vendor - although it was their drivers error.

Horrible, their 14 days return will trap you, because there are no returns. They have a technical team to assess every return, and try their very best to 'prove' that the product is in good condition, and customer will be forced to accept faulty products and no returns will be honoured. They just want your money and run away. Better to purchase from Amazon or anywhere else, especially it's also cheaper elsewhere! Don't buy from them!

Ordered a new pc from Novatech and it all came without a hitch. Packaged really nicely, pc works with no problems so far, and any questions before I ordered where answered swiftly :) Thankyou!
