Purchased a couple of cpus from them, didn't get around to building the PC till after the 2 week obligatory return date. At that point found I'd chosen the wrong type. Novatech would not even exchange them for more expensive (and correct) cpus, claiming 'they couldn't send them back to their supplier'. What tosh, couldn't be bothered more likely.

Easy to talk to when not understanding the product you want to purchase. Then presenting products that suits my needs, and explaining the operating details so i understand how things operate making it easy for me to operate.

Was able to discuss what equipment I needed and was recommended to go for the cheapest as that would cover all my needs. Ordered late in the day but still delivered next day. Made silly mistake on installation but was helped by tech support to correct it with helpful advice without condescension.

Friendly staff in the showroom that were willing to give advice on a PC build, good selection of parts available in stock and decent prices.

Very well maintained website and an easy to collect and pay process. I've used Novatech for many years and they have never let me down. Even once when a product was found to be not working, (not their fault), the technical support and replacement process was first class.
