Was trawling eBay for it stuff and I thought do Novatech still exist? Yes they do. This made my task easy as the products are great value and quality and I get them the next day for 1£ more than standard post. For new IT equipment they are hard to beat. That is why they are still trading .

Quick delivery, did not need customer service but have done in the past and has been the best I have ever experienced.

Bought a few items from Novatech as my local supplier who I have been using for years. As usual, the ordering process was easy and the items were soon ready for collection, for which I received notification. Service on arrival was friendly and professional and I was soon able to be back home building my new system. It's a shame they no longer open Saturday mornings, but I'm sure this was a commercial decision and it doesn't detract from their good service.

I bought a computer and monitor from Novatech 19 days ago. Two of my friends were very pleased with the company so I took their advice. My experience has been appalling and I could not recommend Novatech to others. My main complaint is that they have taken far too long in sorting out problems. There has been no urgency in their dealings with me. Staff have promised to phone back and in most cases they have not. Nearly 3 weeks since dispatch I have been unable to set up and use my computer. I shall make yet another call to them today but have minimal confidence Novatech will have sorted out the problems. I have always bought Dell in the past. I think I will revert to them in the future.
