Having been a customer of Novatech for many many years I decided to get my new gaming PC from them. I went for the Ranger and it was a 5 day build*. The * isn't explained anywhere that I could find but it means that it's 5 working days from when they have all the parts in. Anyhow, ordered on a Saturday, chased the following Friday to be told all the parts had just come in and it would be going into build. Dropped them a support ticket mid next week and it was on track for that Friday. Called up on the Friday to be told that their build team were 'very busy' and the build hadn't even been started yet and wouldn't be started until mid next week. Was offered a lesser or better model, in the end I went for the more expensive Paladin but obviously had to pay a lot extra and there was no offer of any discount for messing me around on the PC build. I'm happy with the Paladin but, be warned, that if you expect it to be built in 5 working days as they promise on the website, you'll be disappointed.

Understaffed so couldn’t get my computer booked in. However after waiting, I escalated the matter and they were great from sending out packaging to booking courier can’t fault this company at all. We have bought three desktops from them and they have shown amazing customer support and care throughout.

Item had to be ordered. However they informed me when it was available for collection.

Not a good start. Paid £72 for 48 hour delivery. The parcel was due to be delivered Friday but arrived Monday. I wrote to them on the Saturday they responded in the Wednesday saying they could see it had now been delivered. I followed up on this and once they “looked further into it” I was refunded the £72. They also declined my cashback through top cashback. I have challenged this but given their initial response to the delivery issue I’m not holding much hope.

I'm a regular customer of Novatech.i have bought many computers and peripherals from them over many years. Always a first class service, good prices and excellent tech help line. 5 star every time. Thanks

Order a new PC from them but only to find they have installed the wrong version of Microsoft office! phoned them up several times to get them to sort it but each time i was fobbed off saying there's nothing they could do and i was to purchase Microsoft office for business and install this myself! cost of an additional £250.00 not the service i was expecting. its a shame as I've ordered other PC's from them with no issues but when there's a problem they aren't interested. Was going to purchase another 2 PC from there but i will be taking my business else where.
