My desk computer of 10 years had failed. I recognised it might be terminal, but the assistant explained how they could test it, and agreed that the hard drives could be removed and put into housings for me. He advised me on a portable back up drive to use with my additional laptop that I would be using from now on as my main computer. The desk machine was checked within a few days (the damaged parts were obsolete) and the hard drives made available to me within the week. Efficient and helpful.

Ordered a graphics card from here. Very competitively priced. Arrived when they said it would. Tracked delivery and was packaged amazingly. Given the price of the gfx card I was very impressed with how secure and well packaged it was. 10/10 would recommend

Some of the worst service I have ever had, I receive the computer and it crashes on any program I try to use. I then speak to the company, they say reinstall windows, so I do and it still does not work. Next step I send it back to be sorted, with no indication on how long this will take. I phone them and I am told that my computer needs windows reinstalled. I tell them it does not as I have done that and I am still having the same issues the errors are all saying a memory failure so please look into that. I then proceed to phone them three more times to check on the progress and when to expect the computer. Each time being told your computer is the one that needs windows reinstalling which i replied no please can you look into the memory issues being assured every time that they will look into this. I then received my PC and guess what the repair notes state, Windows has been reinstalled and that's it when I specifically called 3 times to say, and guess what the computer still has the same issues... So I phone back and complain and the guy was really nice on the phone apologizing saying this should not of happened he will send out the packaging so i get it next day. 5 days go by still no packaging so I phone up and it turns out they have forgotten to send the packaging... I spent over 2000 pounds on a pc for to still not work its now been over a month still not sorted this is not acceptable. The worst part is I was going to use PC specialist as I have used them before with no issues. But decided to go with Novatech. what a mistake that was. The worst experience I have had with ordering anything in a very long time.
