Item arrived clearly had been used (dirty and marked). They claimed it was new and had been received from the manufacturer like that but the box had been opened then resealed which could be easy seen. Very unhelpful customer service.

Good customer services and advice

This was a custom build PC where Novatech build a machine to either a standard spec or with custom adjustments to the components. This spec was massively upgraded by me, to meet what I considered to be necessary for the job that the machine is intended for. The build was delayed and arrived later than outlined in the final order. The internal fan was hanging on its wire and had become unclipped from the processors heatsink. The windows 11 installation was not installed properly, so when I turned it all on for the first time it didn't start up as it should have to continue the setup of Windows 11. Fortunately, I have a lot of experience (albeity very old knowledge and experience) and after a lot of hours of messing around at the weekend (when their support lines are closed) I was able to reinstall Windows 11 from what had already been installed and get it to the setup section and complete the installation. Now that the machine is up and running properly, it is everything that it should be in terms of being very capable, fast and efficient.
