I have used Novatech for many years and have always been impressed by the level of service. I ordered a webcam on line via their website. I found it easy to locate the product and then made an order to collect directly from the store. Within an hour I received an email to say that the order was ready to collect. I attended the store and was dealt with promptly and paid by credit card. A very easy process.

I bought from Novatech as it’s a trusted retailer. The buying process was straightforward and the delivery worry free. However, their customer support is not very good in terms of response times and understanding the actual request. Due to this, I will not shop here again.
