I have had a Forest Master electric log splitter for two years now and it is still working well. Then the cover screw for the electric switch broke. Replacement part not listed on the spare parts list. So I emailed them and they sent me one for free. That's good customer care.

Super little machine, does just what it says on the tin!. Despite damage to outer packaging (couriers please note) it arrived quickly and was easy to assemble if you follow the instructions. Very pleased as it should make short work of the prunings from our orchard.

Well designed piece of kit. Possibly quicker to use than my logging circular saw.

I ordered on the 7th July and was promised next working day delivery, by the 9th it hadn't arrived and was promised by the 12th i have now been told it may be tomorrow but maybe not. absolutely hopeless. Update after your reply below stating you had sent another one out to arrive today surprise surprise there is no sign of that either
