Very impressed with the service. I ordered an FM10 7ton log splitter which came in 3 parts with next day delivery. The carrier only delivered 1 part and their tracking information was not very useful. I contacted Forest Master and they were very helpful and kept me updated. The rest of the delivery arrived the following day. Good assembly information. A slight issue with a defective part was dealt with and a replacement sent immediately. The machine is performing better than my expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

I purchased an eight ton, vertical log splitter Christmas 2022. The initial unit had an issue but the way technical handled everything was absolutely first class. Within a day of reporting the issue a replacement unit arrived. This replacement has since operated without an issues whatsover. You can tell a company by the way it handles problems if they care about customers and from my experience they really do. I would not hesitate purchasing anything else form Log Master.

I received my FM6DD Chipper (I live in France so easy enough to purchase FM equipment still) On assembly I found that the engine oil dipstick looked broken off so I contacted the customer service department via email. Megan replied within 5 minutes explaining that the engine manufacturer had made a modification and I could rest assured that no foreign body had entered the crank housing.
