Forrest Master has just repaired my log splitter. I cannot remember when I last received such a fine service. My machine was collected, repaired and delivered exactly as I was told it would be and with consultation calls informing me of progress and completion. I can highly recommend this excellent company.

Ordered a 7-ton log-splitter from Mamomano which arrived damaged but I managed to assemble it with the use of a mallet. Then spoke with Forestmaster’s whose customer service team totally got on the case. Quick exchange of photos and a couple of emails and within 3 days I received a new and tested replacement. I cannot endorse them enough for such amazing customer service. Thank you so much Ian, Helen, Andy and all you guys. Brilliant service and product. The product is brilliant and I wish I’d bought one years ago!

FM10TW-7-TC - 7 Ton Heavy Duty Duocut Electric Log Splitter with Trolley, Work Bench & Guard. We bought this log splitter from forest master back in June 2021 and due to a family loss we didn’t open the box till February 2022. We discovered however there was a small part missing from the trolley. We contacted forest master and they sent the part out straight away and it was delivered in 48 hours. Not only a fabulous service a fantastic machine. Makes light work of those logs! Thanks Again forest master excellent customer service cannot fault you.

I bought this direct from the company-wished I hadn't. Customer service abysmal. On phoning up to enquire about discounts, I was met by a droll uninterested voice informing me the 7-ton splitter was already discounted. Again asking was there any other discounts?-same reply. Other questions were answered in the same dulcit tones. Anyway ordered online and arrived next day. That day I noted it had be reduced by over £60! -great-I don't think! It hadn't even been parcelled properly and one of the legs was scratched in transit. BTW-the warranty you get includes the following description:- "this warranty does not apply to a product that has suffered wear and tear"-conclude what you will from that. My advice -AVOID

Purchased an FM16TW 8 ton Log splitter in Jan 2020 and it is an amazing piece of kit! I have single handed split a lot of timber for firewood with it since then - some pretty big sections, some very "gnarly & knotty" pieces through to straight forward smaller rounds from Ash, Alder and poplar and it handles them all well. Highly recommended. My only point I have raised about it is the wheels are fine on a concrete floor but I use mine out in the field (using a generator to drive it) and the wheels are not ideal. However speaking to them today they are about to launch an "all terrain" version with bigger wheels and cannot wait to get one of these!

Ordered a Mulcher/Chipper FM6DD-MUL with the additional chipper kit. Came within 2 days. Full instructions and straight forward to put together. The instructions were clear and concise and easy to follow. Only problem I had was there were no instructions included for fitting the chipper attachment. I telephoned customer services and within a few minutes the instructions were e mailed. The machine started first pull and works very well. The build quality is good and sturdy. I did remove the blanking plate from the feed hopper as this obstructs the material being chipped. Obviously this is a safety issue. Highly recommended

First class service from ordering on the web site to delivery the next day. Ordered electric wood chipper FM4DDE. Arrived in 2 boxes and was easily as assembled in 20 minutes. Initial test worked extremely well. Looking forward to using it later in the season after the autumn pruning.

A big thankyou to Forestmaster for providing fantastic customer service. My log splitter arrived with a damaged pump, which had been damaged in transit with the courier. I emailed Forestmaster that evening and got a reply the next working day. The following day I received the replacement.
