Great program. My wife and I have done p90x and insanity before and it was hard on our joints over time. This workout is awesome. Joints feel great, body feels relaxed after.

I waited a few months to write this review because I wanted to make sure that I had a proper experience to review them with. I bought the clubs after doing some research about fixing shoulder pain and restricted mobility. Whenever I get into pressing workouts, my left shoulder would hurt a lot inside despite it having never been injured so I got the clubs to see if I could strengthen the inner bits and gain some mobility and range of movement. Blessedly, it worked. After 3 months of doing a few movements 3 times a week, the pain from pressing exercises is all but non-existent and my mobility and range of motion is getting better all the time. These are the best things that I have purchased for myself for my personal fitness outside of my kettlebells and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Don't let your ego fool you when you look at the 5 pounders. It looks and sounds small, but they are plenty great for rehab and prevention work.

I LOVE the products, but, it's a shame that the products that are sold through amazon are cheaper and come faster. I dislike giving money to amazon for them to sell your products cheaper, but, they get here faster and I make sure ONNIT is the seller on amazon.
