It’s unfortunate that I have to write this bad review, but customer service that does not respond to customer emails with inquiries on products or services is a terrible quality for such a big company to have. I had questions upon my purchase of “Onnit 6” that were never answered or even acknowledged. The website didn’t work well when trying to search for info on the program and my initial questions were still never answered. I ended up purchasing the program anyway as a shot in the dark just to find out that I have very little access to it which was one of my inquiries. It doesn’t give any instructions on how to download it anywhere on your phone/iPad/computer to access. Looks like this is another one of those “we got your money already so FU” types of companies. It’s a shame because they market themselves as a health/wellness/performance company which is what I believe in. It needs to be addressed when a company is becoming bigger from peoples support. Without customers, there is no company. It was my first product I’ve purchased from this website and probably my last. - Julian F

I got what was promised

Although I’ve only been using Alpha Brain for about 4 days, I would like to say a few words about my overall shopping experience with the company. First I’d like to say that I love what the brand stands for, and the positive vibe it emits all around. The website is set up for a great experience, and shipping was very fast. I also love the subtle touch of receiving a sticker with my order! So far my experience with Alpha Brain has been great! Once I’m about a month in I’ll feel comfortable leaving a review about the product. All in all a great experience, and I am looking forward too trying other products from Onnit.

Alpha brain supplement seems to work as advertised, quick delivery would definitely order again.

These guys are amazing! They offer free trial products from time to time and I've enjoyed both New Mood and Alpha Brain. I continued the subscription with Alpha Brain because it seriously helps keep me focused. Wether it be while gaming or slaving away at my repetitive daily job; Alpha Brain gives me a fast and clear flowing thought process with no weird side affects. Onnit offers a quality products and I'm looking forward to exploring more of what they have to offer.
