Company and customer service is good when I call. I can speak to someone quick and they are good at helping me. As for email, I never got a reply and as for the product itself (AlphaBrain) that I ordered, I was really unsastisfied. But overall my experience with the company as as a business entity was good.

The Onnit 6 program is fantastic! As a person recovering from a major knee injury/surgery, the program allows me to use my own weight vs other programs were they usually require weight or other equipment. The programs offers 3 variations of each movement which allows you to grow as you progress. The perfect testament to what John and the crew at Onnit have created is that even my wife, who usually hates workout vids like this, has become very committed to the program as well. We wake up looking forward to our next routine. Thanks goes out to John and Onnit.

My mom took one to try it out and had all the side effects affect her severely and almost put her in the emergency room. Throwing this product in the trash.

I did not order the item that was identified as being purchased by me. I am not the person who placed the order. I am still trying to sort out if the cost will be billed to me. When I called & tried to explain I received little to know help. I was hacked by the person who placed the order. This is a huge mistake.

So far, so good! I recently started taking Alpha Brain and Shroom Tech a few times a week. So far, I haven't seen much of a change with the Alpha Brain, presumably because my brain is already sharp as the bristles on a hedge hog....or the chemical make up in my body, but that's neither here nor there. I'm going to give it an additional few weeks, to see if my experience changes as time goes on. The Shroom Tech on the other hand.. has me running to the nearest park for a body weight workout/warm-up, and then running over to the gym to do some lifting, to finish a 3-6 mile run OR 10 mile biking sesh, and I STILL could inhale an entire pint of ice cream after. Breath so hard, muh'fuckas wanna fine me... but they cant find me because I'm pulling a Forest Gump and running for my life. I feel like this was really a game changer with my aerobic activity, and I cant get enough of it. Thanks guys!
