The six-week workout program stated it would be suited for beginners and advanced levels of fitness. While sweating will take place no matter your level, the limited variety in the program is disappointing. It is not downloadable (which they made clear) but the streaming is not stable and hosted poorly. Accessing the content is also a pain, requiring clicking a link, logging in, closing that screen, and clicking the email link again. Overall, not worth the money. The videos are well made, but repetitive and will limit muscular growth.

They ship faster than amazon lol. All products I’ve purchased have been top notch!
