I just started taking Alpha Brain and Total gut health. I look at diagnostic data all day so losing focus after lunch can really affect me. I've been taking Alpha Brain for about 2 weeks and can really see a change in my focus without the side effects of adderall.

Friend recommended Alpha Brain so I picked some up during the recent sale. I take it just after breakfast and I have to say I feel great during the day. I usually feel drained and out of it going back to work after lunch but that hasn't been the case the last couple of days when I take Alpha Brain. So far so good. Looking forward to trying other Onnit products.
