Quality Issue

I got a pair of Enchroma indoor glasses fit with my prescription, and within a week the lens had chipped on the inside of the left lens. I submitted a warranty claim, and they shipped a new pair, which within the week had developed the same chip.

Not what they saw they are..........

to me they were just other pair of sunglasses/did not see any change in colors period.....they were well made but did not live up to thier claim of showing colors for color bindness.......

Quality product, but misses the mark on color modification

I am your basic deutan. The glasses appear to be well made, but the color modifications produce FAR too much red response. At the same time, yellows and greens are strongly suppressed, despite being depicted as strongly enhanced in your advertisements. The cut band between red and green is necessary to the effect produced by the glasses, so depicting an enhancement of yellow and green colors in your ads is deceptive. Despite the fact that some colors must be suppressed in order to adjust for color deficiencies at other frequencies, there is no reason to push the reds so dramatically at the same time. Doing so makes for great Fall colors but it's really sad in the Spring when all the greens and yellows are so dull. Is it possible to shift the cut notch to slightly longer wavelengths to provide more greens and less reds? I simply cannot recommend these glasses to my friends at this point. The field below asks for the "date" of my experience. I have have my Enchroma glasses for several years and even bought a newer set when the ad said that you had reduced the reds (I did not feel that the reds were reduced by much, if anything. There just is way, way, way, too much red.) These experiences are not from one date, but from Springs and Falls of several years. I would _love_ these galsses if you could get the color balance correct.

I recently fell and broke the frames of my glasses. Enron’s customer service was able to find my original receipt and helped me quickly get a replacement frame.They were amazingly easy to contact!

Protanopia - help a little

Hi. For Protanopia helps a little bit. Increase The red colour. And help to distinguish some figures on test colorblind. It is a good product but not is magical.

I purchased a pair for my dad

I purchased a pair for my dad. I tried to keep it a secret since it was a gift. I had pictures of the different types of color blindness and sent them to him to figure out what he was seeing. He loves them and wears them everyday everywhere. The website gives tons of explanations and easy process. Just be sure you’re picking the right lenses.
