I love figs scrubs. Buy them again and again… 3-7 day shipping? It’s been 8 days and they still haven’t even shipped.

I have not received my order since November 2024

I have not received my order since November 2024 and in December, I was told that my order was lost. In January, another order was dispatched and was lost yet again. I have now tried to contact figs customer service again but after an initial response, they have ghosted my emails for a few weeks now. Extremely disappointed with the service.

VORSICHT BEIM KAUF!!!! Keine Bestellbestätigung!!! Geld aber über Fremdfirma bei Paypal abgebucht!!! KRIMENELLE INTERNETFIRMA!!! Rücksendung unmöglich! Ein völliges Verwirrspiel!! Macht einen ersten einfachen Eindruck… man soll nur eine Order Nummer und email eingeben… Problem: es gibt keine Order number auf dem Lieferschein… und schon kann die weitere Rückerstattung schon in step one nicht weiter bearbeitet werden… eine Bestellbestätigung habe ich nie bekommen.. die Abbuchung über 200 Euro lief unter Global-e … darüber kommt man nicht weiter. Angeblich soll es ganz einfach sein… aber man fühlt sich völlig betrogen und wird es wahrscheinlich auch. Ich habe jetzt brav eine Anfrage meines Problems geschildert und soll angeblich innerhalb 48-72 Bescheid erhalten. DARÜBER habe ich eine Bestätigung sofort erhalten… !! Aber: Darauf werde ich wahrscheinlich bis an mein Lebensende warten…

Shocking Customer Service

Shocking Customer Service. They simply don't deliver the goods. When you ask about the order, there are excuses and still they don't bother to deliver. I have been waiting for a delivery for 4 weeks now and they have not even dispatched the order.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Figs lost my order twice in a row wasting more than 2 weeks of waiting and the customer service team cant even offer an expedite shipping if I’ll reorder it for the third time. How awful!

Was going to order the new balance 3447…

Was going to order the new balance 3447 for my girlfriend, I’m currently working in USA so the region was wrong but the price was $156 (£125) soon I swapped my region to the uk and price jumped to £188 clearly just ripping people off in the uk. Contacted customer service and was told that’s the price. I refuse to pay £60 more just coz I’m uk based. Shocking customer service

Great customer service, subpar scrubs

The only reason there are any stars for these scrubs is because customer service was super helpful and easy to work with. The scrubs though... I got 2 of the exact same pair of pants, twice and all 4 pants fit differently... and not just a little, like they are different sizes. The v neck on the top is super low cut. The fabric is okay, collects alot of hair. It's a pain they arent in scrub stores to try on before buying, because the shipping then trying on just to return to order something else to start the whole process again is super annoying. They are definitely not worth the price.
