Knowingly breaking UK consumer law.

Knowingly breaking UK consumer law. I placed an order which was supposedly lost. I contacted customer care who replied stating they will send another when I asked for an update but didn't explain what had happened so I am assuming the parcel was lost, not sent or they didn't have a clue either way. I then tried to cancel the parcel due to time taken. they refused my request and stated the policy only allows one hour from the time of purchase to change an order. I pointed out the Consumer Rights Act 2015 allowing a 14 day cooling off period. They simply repeated there policy. I therefore, referred to there terms and conditions who includes reference to the cooling off period. I referred to this in another email and they are now simply ignoring me. Therefore, the parcel has not been received and the refund has been refused breaching the Consumer Rights Act.

One of the best customer service

One of the best customer service I’ve ever come across. Ordered twice and had a couple minor issues each time, which I don’t mind at all because they didn’t hesitate to send out a replacement set of scrubs. Always very helpful, and my partner absolutely loves his scrubs, great quality.

Don’t pay for express shipping

Don’t pay for express shipping. I’m still waiting for my order to ship and they should have already been here. I contacted customer service and was told that there’s a high demand right now and my order may take awhile even though I paid for express air shipping. They won’t even refund the fee I had to pay

Worst company ever

Worst company ever, they shipped 4 times!!! Al of them went to wrong city! And after 2 months back and forth with support, they refunded me and said will ship one last time (like its my fault) and then didn’t even ship it

So sorry to say... but Figs are disappointing at all. No delivery, no scrubs, no support, but they love to take my money.

Digital Gifts never come!!

I ordered a digital gift card to be sent to two different email addresses, and the checkout process made it seem like they would be sent immediately. However, they still haven’t been delivered. Although I can "track" the order, I just need the gift cards emailed. I called customer service and was on hold for nearly an hour before I got through. They told me that the system is still generating the codes, which is frustrating and strange. On the same day, I purchased Starbucks and Amazon gift cards, and they went through without any issues. This is so frustrating! At least give a warning it wont be ready for a few days.

Same issue twice in a row

Ordered my partner new FIGS as she has got some last year, however this time when they arrived they were too big for her even when ordering the XXS joggers (tall) and XXS shirt. The Customer service did absolutely nothing except keep asking if we wanted just the 20% on ordering new items. So the first time around I accepted that, but when the new order showed up they had the exact same issue as the original issue order, nothing is different. My partner is very slim and not a big person so it's disheartening to her when her favourite brand of Scrubs are no longer fitting the way that her older FIGS scrubs fit, even after she was so excited. The customer service gets back to me in a timely matter but really doesn't provide any help aside from doing the return and offering the standard 20% off.... Would not recommend at this point to anyone looking for proper fitting scrubs if your tall and slim.

This is the worst customer services i…

This is the worst customer services i have ever experienced in my life. Not sure what has happened as it used to be good but now a robot voice message when you try and contact customer services, robots "answer" emails but do not actually respond to what you are asking/needing. Probably going bust? It is truly awful and had i known I would never have ordered from them.
