No more Figs for me

I had been a loyal customer of this lines for years. Until now. I discovered that one of my newly purchased item was flawed, and try to exchange for a different item. But they would not allow me to return or exchange because I had washed the item 1st. Maybe it’s just me, but how is anybody expected to wear these items right out of its shipping package? They are so creased that I have to wash before I can wear to work. Also, I’ve noticed that the new pants I’ve purchased are of lower quality material and very thin… unlike the ones I bought from years ago. But customer service was not willing to work with me at all even though I have solely purchased all my scrubs from them. I have heard warnings not to purchase from this company before, and I think I see why now. With that being said, anyone have any recommendations on where to get hugger quality scrubs?

Im not sure why reviews here are so poor ? I have ordered M size uniform. Pants and top. Delivery was within 5 working days. I had contact with customer service and they were very helpful. Product is amazing, slightly strechy,breathable, love the design and pockets. For sure I will be ordering more in different colors . thank you

Customer service is awful! I paid one price then received a receipt for a higher price....very fraudulent.

Eigentlich guter Kundenservice, antwortert schnell. Meine erste bestellung wurde jedoch verloren und die nachbestellung ohne kosten kam nie an, aber auf der website steht es wäre angekommen. Warte jetzt auf die antwort meiner 5ten Mail an die Firma, ich will mein Geld zurück!!! Bloß nicht bestellen!!!

Don't waste your time or money ( 0 customer service )

My husband place an order over a month ago for my birthday and we still haven't received them. They "lost my package" not once but TWICE blaming in on the shipping but it never even made it to that point, the label was never even printed. They never reached out to say it was lost so if we didn't email we would never have known. They only offered to send out another package, no discount or partial refund for losing my package twice and having to wait over a month now. Not to mention my mother-in-law also ordered me a pair to the same address two weeks after my husband did and they came on time. I've never seen just disrespectful customer service, they really don't care that they messed up. Don't waste your money, there are so many better brands for scrubs.

Absolutely 0 customer service

Absolutely 0 customer service. I put in an order on October 13, in the email they said they would be sending me a confirmation email with a tracking number. I never received an email with a tracking number. Come around today to email them and found out “my items got lost”. Sounds like my package got forgot to be packaged and they are blaming it on the shipping company. They said the best they can do is send me a replacement package but no refund. What a joke. Skip yourself the hassle and order from a more trustable company.

Absolutely the worse customer service

Absolutely the worse customer service! I received a couple of items as a gift and need a smaller size and they will not exchange the items out even tho the items are still in the original packing and have never been worn. I explained my situation that I am no longer in contact with the person who bought them and they will not make any exceptions and won’t help me.

I am absolutely outraged with my Figs…

I am absolutely outraged with my Figs optic white scrubs! I spent so much money on over a dozen pairs, expecting them to last, but they are a total nightmare. I’ve never had white scrubs stain this way before, and these just keep getting worse every time I wash them. When I contacted Figs customer service for help, I got a completely dismissive response from someone named Noe Encinas, who just told me to avoid bleach – even though I don’t use bleach at all! It felt like they weren’t even listening, and now I’m stuck with scrubs that look dirty after just a few washes. If you’re considering buying Figs optic white scrubs, save your money! They might look good at first, but one wash later, you’ll regret it. Figs, this is unacceptable – your customers deserve better quality for the price we pay.
