Sensitivity account not updated by Company

I sent my sample on Tuesday morning by priority mail. On Wednesday my tracking number showed me proof of delivery. And yet Today Saturday on my Account page it says "Awaiting sample". Which has worried me that my biological sample got lost... I talked to Kai and she confirmed they received my sample ...on Friday, yesterday. Thanks for that. I prefer to speak to human being than a bot. My message to this company is : Update our accounts When you receive the samples ! Now I.m waiting for results. So far I.m not impressed with this company...

Excellent and Unique Resource

An extremely excellent service from Lucie at Test Your Intolerance Resource. I required some clarification relating to the Test Result and she was able to explain in detail why changes can occur especially when one has changed one's diet. This information was so important as I can pass on this knowledge to my friends and family who have used this unique resource. Thank you so much Lucie :)).
