No results and waiting a month now

No results and waiting a month now. I have sent a number of emails and have had no response. I've spend over $1,000 for these tests and have sent it all in but have had no reply whatsoever. I'm still chasing. I'm tired of chasing and hopefully you will see my review to take action. To those looking to buy, don't waste your money.

Paid and never received my item.

The money was deducted from my account but no test ever arrived. I never got a response when I emailed customer service

Excellent Customer Service Experience with Emily

I reached out to customer service via live chat to inquire about the test and the necessary details for sending the samples. Emily assisted me and was extremely helpful and prompt in addressing my request. Thank you very much!

Results are not accurate

I am not pleased with the results. There are certain things I know I am allergic to, that have been marked as safe. According to this test everything appears "safe" My daughters results were the same and there was also mention of an intolerance to cod and later in the document it shows it on the safe list. I'm very disappointed, I know there are intolerances that my body is responding to, and this test offered no help or insight into those. I feel like this was a complete waste of time and money.
