No results and waiting a month now. I have sent a number of emails and have had no response. I've spend over $1,000 for these tests and have sent it all in but have had no reply whatsoever. I'm still chasing. I'm tired of chasing and hopefully you will see my review to take action. To those looking to buy, don't waste your money.

I am not pleased with the results. There are certain things I know I am allergic to, that have been marked as safe. According to this test everything appears "safe" My daughters results were the same and there was also mention of an intolerance to cod and later in the document it shows it on the safe list. I'm very disappointed, I know there are intolerances that my body is responding to, and this test offered no help or insight into those. I feel like this was a complete waste of time and money.

I ordered my test weeks ago and still havnt received it, the site stated that you should receive your test within 3-4 working days.

Great phone service from Terry when I had a question about creating an account after ordering - polite and friendly - and got my answer no problem (FYI-password is emailed automatically for anyone else with this question!)

Still had not results the help desk was so unhelpful.
