Still no results a month later

Still no results a month later. Sent my samples from Portugal a month ago and still no results and no update from support staff on status of my order. When I ask they just tell me "not to worry".

There wasn't just a couple of pages with my results but also lots of information about nutrition and healthy diet with some personal suggestions. Some of them are very useful for myself and my family.

Not a great start

Poorly provided information at the start, test kit comes from Australia so takes a long time to arrive. Return envelope doesn't have a pre-paid postage. Sample gets sent to NZ address BUT then is sent to UK, thus further delays, so all the timings on website are useless. Logon to website does not work, password reset does not work. Chat not answered timeously. And this is all before my blood is even tested

Best service ever!

Having spoken to Usman this morning, I explained there had been a glitch with my adding express results. Box clicked but did not go through. Usman was just wonderful and sorted things out for me . He gave me the express delivery and was so helpful. A star! Used test your intolerance for years approximately every 6 months. Thank-you! Would recommend this site to all and have done so to many folf.
