Only updated as finally received my refund. Rest of review still stands for me however did receive better service from Ahmad then the others I dealt with. I sent my pets samples on the 21st of March and it is now the 15th of May and after contacting them twice to found out where my pets results were only then did they request I retake samples and resend which would cost me more money. Requested a full refund as I do not trust them and still I am waiting for a refund since first requesting it at the beginning of May with no response back from them!

Waste of money I have eczema and I am allergic to wheat dairy and dogs which causes it but the test says i’m not allergic to any foods apart from peanuts and it was low at that what a joke

But THE most amazing aspect is the level of detail and information contained in my 22 page report!!!
