Great service! I got my results fast! I some how deleted the results when they sent them and with a quick chat on line, they resent it to me! Perfect!

Either completely incompetent company…

Either completely incompetent company or they are actively trying to rip people off. I sent back my sample 2 months ago and no results came through. Over 22 emails exchanged, mostly me asking what the status is on the order. They told me the results had been processed and that they had emailed them to me, but nothing was received and their buggy app didn't work. Then I went on the live chat and they told me the sample hadn't been received. So were they lying or just trying to fob me off? I then asked for a refund as it was clear nothing was going to come through and now they are ignoring my emails. I'm going have to do a chargeback on my AMEX as the last email from them was 8 days ago, asking for information they blatently already have, but are just trying to spin me out. This is a lot of money and this company are very deceptive. They also don't tell you that the lab is in UK and not in Ontario. When they do reply it's a different person each time, my guess is they outsource their customer service. I don't usually write one star reviews and usually give credit to good companies, but this one has been terrible. Please save yourself the hassle and avoid them.

Great Service. Thanks to Jordan! I received my test fast and sent it out right away. However, I did not hear back from them, so I got in contact with the Customer Service email, and they said they sent it. However, I could not find the email anywhere, including the spam/junk folder. So, I started a live chat, and they ended up sending me my results through there. Thanks again!

I found the tests to be very interesting, and a great way to start figuring out why you don't feel good! When I couldn't find my results Lucie in customer service was excellent at helping me find them and quickly sending them to me

I had some intolerance and vitamin tests done for my cat. Excellent, prompt service and helpful advice. Would certainly recommend.
