Terrible Customer Experience

I order 2x family pack, i.e. 8 kits in total. However, I only received 4 kits initially. Customer service said that they will send out the remianing 4 kits to me, but ended up only sending 3 kits. I had to chase up again for the remaining 1 kit. And when they did send me the last kit, it was not even the same test. It has been almost a month and I still have not received my entire order correctly!

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service - I accidentally ordered the non-eco hair test and Rowan was so helpful and polite and corrected the issue within minutes. I also had another query about sending off the sample and Avery was again just as helpful and resolved my query straight away. Very happy!

I ordered two kits and had some questions, I went onto their live chat and Cameron’s help was incredible. Answered all my questions and had the links I would need and how to use them. Usually customer service with companies is abysmal, this was the way companies should handle and help their customers….top notch.

Once I got the test it was simple and quick. I would like to have been informed as to how the delivery to my home was to be made as it was a mystery as to when and how it was to arrive. The tracking was no where to be found. Very frustrating.
