Habe das Geld überwiesen und seid dem nichts mehr gehört... Kann man genauso 60 eur nehmen und aus dem Fenster werfen... Hat man mehr davon!!!

Absolutely awful company

This is probably the worst customer service I have ever received. Their impersonal approach just adds to their inability to offer any conversation or any empathy to someone who suffers with allergies/ intolerances. The test isn’t accurate and when challenged in this they say... The sample is exposed to the testing strip reactions will only occur where it reacts with the specialised receptors and therefore produce a result. Where there is no reaction there are no antibodies present at that time. So basically it doesn’t always work on the samples we receive. Do not use this company and save your £££s.

Very bad service

Very bad service, I've read bad reviews about them but I did not believe and decide to trust. I did not receive my results or my money back so far. Very, very disappointing. People don't spend or I should say lose your money for this test!

No results, 2 months later

I ordered kit with them telling me via live chat that there were no delays due to covid...have been waiting 2 months now and heard nothing yet. Guess i got ripped off, super dissapointed as it sounded very legit.

ARNAQUE TOTALE. Nous avons envoyé 2 fois les échantillons, aucune réponse. Après avoir "chatté" avec le service, nous reçevons magiquement les résultats par email, avec une faute d'orthographe à notre nom. Pas sérieux du tout. Ah oui, et le téléphone ne fonctionne pas... JE NE RECOMMANDE ABSOLUMENT PAS.

Habe auch das Gefühl, dass es sich hier um einen Fake handelt. Probe angeblich verloren gegangen & bei der Rücküberweisung passiert auch nix. Kundenservice ist unterste Kanone! Ich kann nur von diesem Service abraten!!!!!!!

I placed my order, and upon finding that it wasn't a reliable method of testing for allergies, I asked for a refund. Now, when I initially placed my order, I was very kindly helped along by someone on the 24hour chat. But, as soon as I mentioned a refund, they sent me on a rat race to this way and that, constantly questioning me about my reason for refund. After finally receiving the email I could contact for a refund, I receive an automated reply to say that 'Unfortunately due to national Corona Virus delay procedures, the Customer Service team are no longer able to work, which means we have no telephone or email access. We are still responding 24/7 on our LiveChat.' How convenient. I then replied back to the lady who gave me this address. She said she would personally forward my request to the accounts team, and that my refund would be processed within 10 working days. It's been 20 now, and still nothing. I should have known this was all bs. I regret ever placing an order with them.

I was very reluctant to buy any allergy/intolerance test

I was very reluctant to buy any allergy test as reviews and online article gives the impression these are not any good or partially good. But thought of giving it a try as I am struggling with diarrhea for longer which comes and goes after eating certain food but I was not able to pinpoint (but had an idea). Test result seems a good indication on what gives me these symptoms. Only suggestion is to maybe add more food items.

Kann mich den anderen Kommentaren nur anschließen. EXTREME ABZOCKE!!! Keinerlei Restergebnisse erhalten, Kontakt via Chat eine Farce!! Auch auf Mail wurde nicht reagiert. Den "Laden" gibt's gar nicht. Anders kann man sich das nicht erklären. Wende mich an den Verbraucherschutz und übergebe es meinem Anwalt. HÄNDE WEG !!!!!
