I have attempted to contact this company numerous times about receiving a refund. I purchased a test in May and never received anything by mail and nobody has responded to my inquiries. I am no longer interested in your product because obviously your company has no interest in providing me the service you advertise, although you seem to be fine just stealing my money.  A response would be appreciated

They get rid of your results and treat customers terribly

I did a test with test your intolerance. I went back to the website to refer to it again to find it gone. I emailed the company to ask for a copy of it, and they replied and said they didn't store results after a year for 'data protection'. No where on the website does it state that, nor did they ask me if they could delete my own personal information. Clearly the wellbeing on their clients is not the priority. Don't bother using Update- I didn’t agree to my data being deleted after two years, it is no where on your website and they never emailed to me. My review was entirely truthful but what a wonderful way to treat your customers...to accuse them of not being truthful. It’s not at all abnormal to compare results previously taken to new tests performed now. The reason I requested them was so I could have another test now from your company and compare them but obviously won’t be happening now. Read below to see how passive aggressive this company is in their reply, and in their reply to others. Horrendous customer service. Update (again)- Not a problem at all, happy to add more to my review. Sorry, would love for you please explain why it is relevant where I purchased the test through? Your company obviously used the third party website to sell your services on for a discounted price, did you not? The voucher was then applied to your website and you ran the services so hilarious you'd try and pull that line. It is honestly is laughable to say the behaviour of your company is not passive aggressive, or at the very least rude given you say things about how much I paid for your services through a website you sold your services through. It is a tactic to try and undermine the fact people are unhappy with the services you provide. Oh and also I consulted with a friend who ironically specialises in data protection law in the U.K. There is no specific time limit (according to the GDPR) in which you should get rid of records. Although Emily from customer service (who only emailed me once by the way, hardly a conversation like you stated) informed me you had to get rid of it after a year because of the GDPR.

I recently had the Advanced Hair Sample…

I recently had the Advanced Hair Sample testing done.The results were amazing,and would say they were spot on, and explained so many things to me,and will be making the appropriate changes. I am 70 years young, and feel if I had done this when I was younger, it would have changed my life dramatically. Worth the money?? YOu bet it was.

lack of communication

i ordered y test back at the end of july. i promptly sent off my samples and waited and waited. after about a month, i emailed the to inquire when i would get my results. they replied and asked for my order number to which i responded. then, nothing. no reply. i followed up again another week later and still no reply. another week later with still no reply, i have received my results. so, i am happy to finally have my results and i think it is very informative. however, i would have really appreciated more communication as i was very frustrated towards the end. excited to see how my new diet goes.

Nachdem ich fünf Mal darum bitten musste, dass ich mein Geld aufgrund von der Geld-Zurück-Garantie wieder haben möchte, wurde mir versprochen, dass sie es überweisen. Es kam bisher kein Cent zurück. Zuvor musste ich ständig neu meine Beschwerden, die ich immer noch habe erklären und erläutern. Sie halten einen nur hin!

I purchased a test on the August 14th…

I purchased a test on the August 14th and after multiple chats and emails, they kept telling me to give it a few more days. Therefore, on the Sept 13th, I sent a chat requesting my money back. I was told I would her back through email from a supervisor, but not holding my breath. I am sure it will be lost with my other emails and my sample. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying a test here, still waiting for my money or at least results!

We learned a lot and confirmed a few things too! We tested everyone in our home and will be working on eliminating the allergens we've discovered. We also look forward to meeting with our PCP to discuss the results.

Still waiting for the results after 3+ months

I purchased a test on the 15th of June and after multiple chats and emails, they couldnt give me any reliable information. Therefore, on the 6th of August, I sent an email requesting my money back. All of a sudden, they "received" my sample in their lab, this after nearly two months! I wouldn't recommend anyone buying a test here, still waiting for my money.

No return postage. Denied refund.

I was very excited to order a blood test! There website said no delays because of COVID, prompt arrival, free shipping, and a money back guarantee! I paid a good chunk of change for the test and then waited for my shipping email. Got the dispatch email but there was no tracking number so I contacted customer service in on there live chat. I was told they could not provide me one because it goes through multiple carriers. Idk about everyone else, but I’ve had many packages that go through multiple carriers and gotten a tracking number still. You just get the first number and then when it changes carriers you usually get another tracking number from the first carrier. Anyways... for $150 I expected tracking at least. Then, I waited and waited for my package. I expected it within two weeks because it was “first class” and “no delays”. Nope... reached our to customer care again who didn’t help so I browsed there FAQ. I then saw something that said something along the lines of “will there be any other expenses involved with my kit?” And I was SHOCKED to see the answer was yes. YALL! I paid $150 (on sale) and still had to go to the post office to PAY RETURN SHIPPING. Considering you need to return the blood sample you think it would have included return postage. I love in Canada. Do you know how expensive it is to ship a box from Canada to the UK??? At this point I was sick to my stomach so I emailed customer care to cancel my order. I got an email back a few days later and was asked why I’m cancelling. I told them it was clearly posted that I needed to pay return shipping for the test. I thought “great, order is cancelled now. I should get my refund soon”... boy was I wrong... After weeks of not getting my refund I emailed a couple times with no response. Then I reached out via live chat again. I was then told my order was NOT cancelled! I couldn’t believe it... but here is the kicker. I was told if I wanted to get a refund I needed to send back the unused sample kit at my expense. This is a blood testing kit full of needles! They can’t even resell these items! I basically have to send it back so they can toss it in the trash before they refund me. I’m honestly sick after dealing with this company... I wouldn’t ever buy anything from the again. The entire place seems sketchy. Just look how many reviews they are reporting on here. And look at all the positive reviews that are one sentence and it’s there only review they have made. Something seem wrong to you? Spend your money wisely because you worked hard for it. Don’t give it to crooks. Edit: The package arrived after I posted this review but arrived soaked. As you can see by the companies reply, they love to get snarky with their customers! :) I contacted live chat as soon as it arrived damaged and was told I would get a an email from someone within 24 to 48 with what they can do. 3 days later a got a email saying they will be RESENDING it after I’ve asked for a refund multiple times. Until they saw this review, I was not getting my refund. And no, the problem was not with the post, it was with the companies communication. The website stated there was no delays yet it took a month to arrive. Shame on this company for attacking customers like this.

Poor service

Samples were sent off, they have blamed postal services for not receiving them promptly. No communication as to when they received the Hair samples and I am still awaiting the results.
