Fantastic customer service. I had ordered the wrong nappy bundle after being confused on the website between pocket nappies and all in one with boosters (my fault). The website could be clearer, by having a photo of the inside of the nappies in the bundle and listing the boosters as an item in the list. When I got in touch they confirmed that if I returned the pocket ones I'd ordered they'd send me the all in one ones. They were quick to send and I'm really happy with the nappies.
