Great service, fast delivery

The nappy lady gave great advice and I chose the nappy combination that they suggested and they were all half price or more. Delivery was quick. The products are exactly as described and great quality. I also enjoyed the zoom tutorial, really helpful. The only thing I would have liked would have been some care and use instructions to come with each type of nappy, just so that I had a reminder or how to use, wash and maintain the nappies. The Nappy Lady is amazing. The recommendations and support are great, their company ethos is refreshing and their customer service is responsive and professional. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because something was missed off our order, but it was promptly dealt with and resolved very quickly. Excellent experience! I filled out the questionnaire to see which types of nappies would work best for us and was really pleased with the options suggested. We have started off with the night time nappies and are really impressed with how well they work. This first part of the transition to reusables has been really easy and we are excited to fully transition in the next few weeks
