Really happy with The Nappy Lady! Free demonstration was incredibly helpful. Sophie pointed us in the right direction for our baby's needs and suggested various options without pushing us to buy. Anna was really helpful and efficient over email when we had some queries about our order. The nappies are good quality, reasonably priced and easy to use. Delivery was also speedy. We now have a very happy (and dry!) baby.

I was really impressed with the service provided to me. It was really helpful to have only a couple of options to decide between as would have been too difficult for me to understand which type was the best for my little one and how many nappies we needed. We followed The Nappy Lady's recommendation to the letter after filling in the questionnaire for our tall boy and bought everything we needed to be set up using cloth nappies from 3 months all the way until potty training! There is so much info online but she managed to break it down in a way that was easy for us to get started and we are now fully converted! Ever since we switched to bamboozle stretchies and motherease wraps we are actually doing LESS laundry as we are having fewer blowouts ruining clothes. We have also LOVED switching to Cheeky Wipes and wish we had done this ages ago! The more we are washing the nappies, the more absorbent they are becoming and putting them out in the sun, even on a cloudy day leaves them stain free! Thank you for all your advice! As some of your Motherease wrap designs were out of stock, we were hoping there was a quick way to see only the ones which were in-stock, rather than clicking through each design one by one to see the availability.
