No audio in the broadcast
For 2 days my broadcasts audio got muted and I couldn't figure out what happened. On the 2nd day of the problem, I sent an email to the tech support to seek help. In less than 24 hours I got a reply from Pete that it's been fixed and also informing me of the issues that caused it. It's all good now. Thanks!

My experience to date has been great. Radio.co is a great company to be associated with. They don't just get you signed up and you never hear from them again. They stay with you all the way and i cant recommend them enough.

This is a great way to really automate your Internet station down from the basics to the complicated. They provide lots of information that you could use. For me however there were some places where I needed to do my own legwork to find out answers. It does take a day or so to get a response which is quite understandable because they get a lot of inquiries. I had some hiccups with the website builder and fixing the news source issue which is still in the works. But they do provide lots of information for you to make a decision and I find myself always wanting to escalate to the next tier for that extra advantage and it is worth it.

The best place to host your radio station
In 2019 I just moved from a radio hosting that I wasn't satisfied with. I decided to try Radio.co for a week, within a day my station was up and running and sounded professional. For a company that boasts 24-hour…
For a company that boasts 24-hour customer service, this is atrocious, It’s been 24 hours since our stream has dropped. I've emailed, call, and send messages to customer service no reply, our stream keeps dropping when a live DJ is on for a minimum of six-time over a two-hour period and now this? (Which is no fault of ours) Though I understand that you’re going to do updates etc, some communication would be appreciated as it affects our listeners, and we both can agree that radio is No radio station without an adequate streaming platform. So can someone please give me some update so I can relate to my DJs and listeners? many thanks

Great platform to set up an internet radio station. The UI is very user-friendly & very responsive too. Plenty of tutorials & good support as well.

Great team that knows their stuff
Great setup and support. Our station is doing well and we're having an awesome time. The team is great, the service is spot on, the systems are stable and the platform seems (we're still learning) to do everything we'd want and more. We are a GOLD level client and are just "Flexing" into some of the awesomeness of that level, but what we have done seems to work pretty well so far. Love it guys, keep up the awesome work.
Fantastic streaming platform
Fantastic streaming platform. Have used Radio.co for live streaming and automating our online station for many years. It's super simple for new presenters to learn and start using straight away. If we've ever had a question or problem their customer service and tech support always resolves things within 24hours. We're planning on sticking with these guys for many years to come!
