Pretty good

My experience with radio.co has been pretty good. As far as the platform is concerned, it's fairly complicated to use - I think you need to dedicate a lot of time to properly understanding all the features before you can go live. Plus, to the best of my knowledge there is no good or easy way of broadcasting live and easily playing songs alongside it (like a real radio station would do) unless you pre record it all, which kinda defeats the purpose of a live radio station. However, there are lots of videos on YouTube and they have their own university radio.co where you can learn about how to set up and run your station properly which can be fairly helpful. Radio.co unfortunately lacks in its availability to customer service - it has no way to contact an individual 'straight away' by phone call or a quick email reply. The chat box thing they have means that it can take a day or more for them to reply, and when you have pretty urgent radio issues or other immediate concerns this can be frustrating - especially seen as its $49 a month for the bronze package and many other internet radios have WAY below this subscription fee. Overall though, it's a pretty nice looking radio website, boasting a range of features that definitely need their time to understand.

Radio.co... Highly recommended.

Have been using Radio.co for almost 2 years and it has been a great experience. Our volunteers have had aa great time with it as the learning curve is minimal and the support and resources provided make understanding and launching radio lots of fun. Highly recommended.

In the middle of needing urgent help…

In the middle of needing urgent help now. Ive tried to call their number numerous times. Email as requested when in need of helo. Our radio station is down and nothing. 10 hours our station has been down! Furious right now that this can be able to happen! Ridiculous that there isnt a person that we can speak to!

What can I say?

What can I say? This is probably the best service I have used in 30 years. Really, a joy to use. The customer support has been impeccable and the platform has been flawless since day 1. Bravo and congratulations to the team

It’s a great system but customer…

It’s a great system but customer service is very poor. They either don’t respond, take a few days to respond or half way through a problem stop responding. I was with them for several years but have now left. I can’t run a business with poor communication.

Radio.co is probably one of the best …

Radio.co is probably one of the best tools for anybody who does not have experience in radio. It is easy to use and it is convenient as you can record and set shows to play at anytime time. So from my point of view radio.co is the best ❤️

Great videos but a few missing (yet imprtant) bits

The tutorial videos are great and support is responsive. The most confusing part of setup (in an otherwise amazingly well designed and implemented platform) was the connection to the stream. Unclear about needing only ONE bit of software to connect; EITHER radio.co's own Broadcaster for Windows, BUTTS for Windows or Mac OR Audio Hijack for Mac. I was getting a "socket layer" error and there was no info to be found on radio.co site about this. Audio Hijack offered the suggestion to use Shoutcast 1 instead of 2. But I had to do another little Google research project to figure what the hell a "socket layer" was and how you might fix the related error. One big clue; reboot the computer AND the router. Duh! ;-) Since Audio Hijack is just one of the three apps used for the all important connection to the radio.co live stream, I would have thought that the sreenshots of the settings in the radio.co tutorials would reflect the current version the software.
