I studied Radio.co on YouTube before deciding to commit. There training video's make the transition really easy. The video staff who call are very patient and extremely knowledgeable. The system is easy to use, although, I am having to go back and watch the training video's on a couple of areas. How impressed am I? Well, I'm committing to another station on the 23rd as my schedule is bursting before I even start. Finally, the customer service is fabulous and even Jamie the owner may respond. I have all the confidence in the world that if I hit a problem, these guy will be able to help instantly as I am on a gold membership, I have access to call anytime. They have taken all the worry out of starting a station to the point where even I can do it. Don't get me wrong, I've done my homework too and have 160 guests booked and confirmed for interviews as we hit 2021, many of the artists on labels, so you do have to do your bit too. My rating: Dubai 6 🌟

Review - Follow up
Following my first review here, Radio.co was so interested in solving all my issues. They set up a call and surprisingly from the moment I shared my number, I got a call in 10 mins. Please note that this happened only after I wrote a bad review on trust pilot and writing the same on their twitter and Facebook handles, 3 days after I reported the issue to them. But during the call, they were just going on and on about how my wifi is bad without fundamentally understanding that my radio station is not running on wifi and is running on a cloud instance. And then after repeating multiple times that even if my entire house burns down my radio will still be streaming fine, they finally got it that everything is on the cloud. However, this time they started blaming that my cloud instance has network issues. So to give them the benefit of doubt, we have moved to another cloud instance and still experience issues. Radio.co said they would share logs of when my network is dropping so we can understand what is going on. But they have again disappeared and we are not receiving any response from them. Why does it take an entire day to merely pull out logs and send ? what are they trying to hide? They have a bad system, but they will never accept that. They will keep telling you everything you have has a problem. And customer service is pathetic, when your station really has a problem they should step in to resolve it but that doesn't happen at all, they just leave you on the hook for things you don't have in your control. Also please note that all these issues and the horrible service happened when I was in their gold plan. They claim that they will provide on on one support, telephone support, please don't believe any of that. To get a response to my email, I have to write a review here of post something nasty on social media, otherwise they don't care. Overall my experience is just miserable. UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE: You need to understand that I am not trying to bully, rather using this as a means to get support since standard customer support isn't really supporting. It's unfortunate you decide to cancel the service rather than finding the issue and resolve. I had no choice but to post here since its more than 24 hours since I got any update, inspite of sending multiple messages to support and no update from your side after the phone call almost 36 hours back. In the mean time I've discussed this issue with my Cloud provider who has promptly taken several steps to check if there are any network issues on their side. I've provided the WinMTR network logs to you through support channels and asked for logs from your side to see if there is really a drop in feed, even now I've only received a response here but not from support. My stream getting interrupted every 15 to 20 mins is not something that can be taken easily, it needs to be resolved asap. I've been using radio.co from August 2020, had issues through out my journey. So I didn't take to social media after a trial run, it's the frustration built over a period of time with your CUSTOMER SERVICE took it here. I completely agree that radio.co is not working well, especially lack of customer support & motivation to resolve the issues. I am in the lookout to change services as well but I will need time to make that happen. I will communicate through your support team on a termination date and DO NOT want disruptions in services until that time, since it will affect 1000's of listeners tuning this station every day.
Good and flexible customer support
Good and flexible customer support. Went out of their way to help me with an extra billing that was just a plain mistake from my side. Thank you James!

I previously was with another supplier
I previously was with another supplier, when I come across the 7 day free trial for Radio.co, having watched a few YouTube videos I was compelled to have a look at the software and WOW its hugely impressive and the help videos are amazing too, I have now signed up and loving the software for my internet radio station. You won't regret joining.
Problems with me listening to my radio station on my computer dashboard when i tap on the listen button
I'm writing this review because i to have been having problem with me being able to listen to my radio station i've created on radio.co during my free trial period. 4FourPlay Radio is my radio station and i'am not able to listen to the music i've put in my playlist. I've sent numerous emails and messages to the radio.co support team and i've even sent my phone number asking for someone from radio.co to get in touch with me to resolve the issue i'm having with my not able to hear the music i have playing on my radio station. The problem i'm having is when i go into my dashboard and tap on the listen button that radio.co say i should be able to tap on in order to hear the music playing on my station. The problem is when i tap on the listen button i do not hear my music and the listen button locks in the on position with no music playing at all. Then i cannot even turn the button back to the off position because it stays locked in the on position without any music playing from my radio station. I've been constantly complaining to radio.co while i was in my free trial and i have not gotten any help. All radio.co keep telling me that they will pass the information to tech support and as of yet tech support has not gotten in touch with me. Radio.co tho has taken the money out of my bank account for the subscription to start which was on November 2nd but as of yet i'm continuing to have the same issue with no one helping me resolve it and i'm totally becoming frustrated with radio.co and there response back to me. I do not like the fact that i'm not able to physically talk with a tech support agent to resolve this issue. I'm in the USA and i'm not able to receive a phone number to call an agent and that is not cool yet radio.co has taken there money for the subscription yet i been complaining about this same issue while i was in my free trial experience. This is not right and as i read some of these comments i see other clients are complaining about similar problems. Now my customers are all saying they are able to hear the music playing from my playlist from the links i've sent to them, yet i'm not able to hear any music from the dashboard on my computer. This should not be happening when i created my radio station on this same computer. This makes no sense to me and i been complaining to radio.co and they keep telling me that someone will help me yet i haven't had anyone help me resolve this issue as of yet. I've type the word Urgent in my messages as radio.co said you should do and i do not get any urgent care from any agents or from support. I need immediate attention to this problem i'm having because it is preventing me from being able to listen to my station on my computer dashboard as i should be able to do.
