I bought and paid for an $899 firepit 20 day sago. so far the only action i have seen is the money being taken from my account. no notification of shipment, no tracking number.i emailed starfire to inquire on a status 3 days ago, no reply. soon i am going to reverse the charge and buy the item elsewhere. A little ocmmunicaion goes a long way, these guys don't get it.

Endless phone holds. Promised a return tech call, waited 3 hrs, never happened. Used firepit maybe 1.5 hours, fireglass is already losing color.

I got these to go into my garden fountain. They reflect nice.I will be getting more to go into other gardens.
