Travel Nation consultant pulled together a complex travel schedule quickly and effectively, providing good documentation and online support. Flights, motorhome hire, and in-country transfers all worked more or less without difficulty, indicative of the quality of the company's agents.

I’m pleased I arranged my trip through Travel Nation. Chris was friendly and helpful and gave me very clear information. Also as prices have gone up considerably since I last travelled he was able to find me a good price for the trip. My wife and I booked the Sydney-Whitsundays-Melbourne package and from the initial booking and tailoring of our trip, through to flying to Australia, our sales consultant, Jim, kept in regular contact, responded to all queries and requests and generally helped make the whole process easy and stress-free. The trip itself was excellent - everything we had hoped for and more - with Sydney Harbour, the Yarra Valley and the wildlife and surrounds of Hamilton Island being the standouts. Tracey made a round the world flight ticket seamless from start to finish. She listened to the itinerary and budget and aced both. She is patient and knowledgeable. Two days before our first flight it was cancelled due to ground staff striking with Lufthansa but within the hour she had us rebooked a day earlier. Absolutely awesome.
