Charlie and Liz exceeded our expectations by working tirelessly through the night and were absolutely brilliant making it possible for our son , studying in America , to get a flight to return to the U.K. urgently, following the USA government ban on travel between the USA and UK which was only announced on Saturday 14/3/20 ( evening )and he returned on Monday 16/3/20. Best travel agent to be found .

Fantastic company. Annette is amazing and I can’t compliment her enough. She worked with us to build our dream family holiday, listening to what we wanted then using her exceptional knowledge of the destination to prepare a package that had something for everyone in the family. Then, 2 days before we were to fly out, our son got chicken pox! What could have been a stressful disaster ended up being a single call to Annette. She calmed me down, checked what new dates we wanted, then said leave it with me. Within 24 hours she’d rearranged everything and even prepared the travel insurance paperwork for us to give our insurers. We’ve just returned from our holiday and as we expected, it was amazing.

Graham,our organiser,was helpful and friendly at all times. He gave excellent advice,but was also flexible enough to include any plans or ideas ,we wanted to include. The standard of our accomodation was very good,and all the pick ups were prompt and efficient.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Travel Nation and especially Graham Baker my excellent holiday in Singapore and Australia. During these weeks I could visit Melbourne, Sydney during Mardi Gras, Hamilton Island and Brisbane. I never had such a perfectly organised trip before when I didnt have to worry about anything: after some discussion with Graham about my ideas/wishes, I received a very detailed itinary which included the short summaries of the excursions, the pick up information at the airport, all the contact phone numbers etc. I was very happy with the hotels and the flights: those were very smartly chosen as well. I am very happy that I decided to ask Travel Nation and Graham to organise this holiday and I hope they will be able to help me for my next vacation: in South America.

I found Graham, the travel agent, very responsive to my needs - I had very specific interest in a particular four month itinerary and, even when changes need to be made, I found his patience very value. We have just returned from an amazing holiday to Singapore and New Zealand organised for us by Graham. It was arranged perfectly and was exactly what we wanted, everything was expertly planned from flights to taxis to tours, it meant this was a stress free holiday for us.
