Amazing! Customer care 1000%

I cannot thank a member of staff that has helped me enough! Kirsty you are amazing and a credit to the company! After not visiting a dentist in a long time, I was so scared! but Kirsty was so kind and patient with me. I struggle with phone calls because of anxiety but Kirsty suggested contact through WhatsApp which helped me massively to be brave and take the first steps to getting my teeth fixed. No other dental practice in leyland has shown such patients, compasion and understanding. It really means the world when you struggle with mental health and are terrified of the dentist. For the first time in my life I'm actually looking forward to my next dentist app and to start my dental journey after years of neglect and hiding. If you are like me, scared/nervous or embarrassed at the state you let your teeth get into, I would highly recommend this practice! From the moment I sent a simple enquiry, kirsty has been at the other end of the phone every step of the way and it has helped me massively. I cannot thank her enough!

Not been to the dentist in so long

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time and my appointment here they made me feel comfortable and relaxed I would defiantly recommend to anyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service for my elderly mother

Great service for my elderly mother, from ensuring suitable entrance for wheelchair, downstairs dental room and lovely dentist who explained options very clearly without patronising. Mum very happy.

I had several disappointing experiences…

I had several disappointing experiences with this clinic. My appointment was cancelled multiple times, often just 20 minutes before the scheduled time, and I was told that I needed to cancel 48 hours in advance if necessary. On one occasion, I arrived for my appointment only to find that I was not on the system. Although I showed a confirmation message, the receptionist claimed she did not know what had happened and suggested that perhaps I had too many appointments in the past, which led to my booking being cancelled without proper notification. As a result, I was rescheduled for another appointment three months later. I had a hole in my tooth, and my original dentist advised that nothing could be done until the pain started, at which point the tooth would be extracted. I waited nearly a year before seeking a second opinion from another dentist. To my surprise, she filled the tooth without cleaning it first. However, when the pain eventually started, I was given an emergency appointment and prescribed antibiotics because the source of the pain could not be identified. A subsequent emergency appointment with a different dentist resulted in him attempting to save the tooth. He cleaned the canal, and after a follow-up appointment, the tooth was fixed and ultimately saved. Additionally, during my daughter’s checkup, the dentist failed to notice a black spot on her tooth until I pointed it out. My husband also experienced issues when his appointment was cancelled despite his swollen face and painful tooth. There were several other mistakes that, while occasionally understandable, became too frequent and frustrating. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.

Very professional and educational

Very professional and educational. They assess and explain what the issues are and treatment options. From receptionist to dental nurse and dentist they are all informative and willing to help. I would recommend to anyone. They've been superb with my teenage daughter.

A quality care experience

I had a very nice experience with my dental check up appointment today. I was running 10 minutes late & didn't think that the dentist would still see me but he did! The dentist I saw was a very pleasant & informative clinician. I came out of my appointment feeling that I had received excellent dental care.
