Energy Direct kept us advised of changes and details as the project progressed, culminating in the instalation and commissioning of the Battery system. We are already benefitting from the installed battery system. The major selling point is that we can use Economy 7 to top up the battery overnight, and Solar energy during daylight. So we are not wasting solar energy nor paying for peak electric energy.

They did the installation quickly and efficiently in appalling weather

Everyone was very polite and respectful both on the phone and in my home. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Everything was explained to me so I understood fully.

A bit early to give full praise but the lads that done the work were cautious and pleasant, I now wait to see how much more is shown on my generation meter.

Excellent service from Jake and Harrison the install team. Easy to have around, thorough in the work they did. Extremely pleased with their attitude and workmanship' Office service not so good. The Lux Monitoring system is not up and running almost 24 hours after I settled the invoice. Perhaps you should have waited to ask for payment and checked that the whole job had been completed, especially as I requested you allowed me to pay on March 3rd to ease my cashflow.

Excellent service all round

Senergy Direct replaced my old Inverter for my Solar panels. Both the man that came to check the old inverter and the man that installed the new one were both polite and helpful.

The two installers arrived on time and despite the tough northern brick installed the equipment in a professional manner. All was working when they left. A query to the office was dealt with promptly which shows they value the customer. A quick efficient service and high recommendable.

Despite some difficulties with the roofing aspects of the work, the work was effectively concluded in a very satisfactory manner. At all times I was kept fully informed by Senergy Direct management of what was proposed in a very courteous and polite way. It is too soon to comment on the technical performance of the equipment, but it all looks promising!
