The survey of our existing twelve year old system went well and Sam gave a good explanation of current performance and how this could be improved with a replaced Inverter and battery storage unit. We were given time to consider options available and were not pressured and whilst a very thorough explained contract was signed we fully understood we could change our minds without penalty. Installation was arranged to suit our needs and installer Simon did a thorough job. We still have some admin issues outstanding, however, we are confident these will be sorted quickly and satisfactorily. Whilst giving a 5 star grading here, at the moment it’s 4.5 until outstanding actions are completed. Thank you to all the Synergy Team.

Good initial consultation to explore the benefits of installing a battery. Very quick response when we decided to go with it, and the installation was completed without fuss. The office based team very much on the ball, good communications and helpful. Remains to be seen how good the investment is.
